CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING WITH TELEPOINT COMMUNICATIONS.



                          
           Am so happy I trained with Telepoint communications. Initially I got a mail from Telepoint communications to become high professional customer service representative/call center agent but I ignored it.      
     Later on, I got another mail so I took the courage to visit the website, www.lagostelecom.com.visiting the site, I saw some client service representative numbers so I picked the Airtel  line because I use Airtel network.
   Spoke to Bunmi and she invited me to the office at 77 opebi road by salvation bus­­-stop ikeja.  Met with Bunmi on a Monday morning, she told me all about customer service training which sounds interesting. I registered for the training, so I got started.
    The training started on a  Monday, the first person who addressed us welcomed us to the company and told us the dos and don’t of the training and company as a whole. Later on the instructor came in and told us all about what customer service is.
     The second day of the training, they taught us about the different types of customers and how to manage them well in other to make them stay for long.
     Lectures continue the next day and were taught the American accent training because as a customer service representative, you should have a good accent when speaking or relating with people.
    Day four of the training, we were given the list of states in the U S A and a script guide line for the practical which was going to start the second week of the training.
   Customer service training with Telepoint communications really helped a lot of us who were present for the training.
   We did dry rehearsals over and over on the script that was given. Monday in the second week, we did C.V analysis, we were taught on how to write a very good impressive C.V then practical started the next day.
   At first we were so skeptical on the first day of the practical; we didn’t know how to go about it. As time goes by, we got to get used it which was so interesting.
   Spoke with different people in the U S A and Canada. Then Thursday before the final exams, we had a get -together gathering.
    And on the last day, we had the online examination. With these, customers service training with Telepoint communications is simply the best and can’t be compared or rated with others. It stands out.

  2. Gbemi or whatever your name is, I'm so sure you were not one of the trainees rather a staff with Telepoint or whatever you call yourself. Anyway, I want to use this medium to tell you (so that you can pass it across to your management) that OCCUPYTELEPOINT will soon start online (letting Nigerians know the truth about your fraudulent activities).
